Hearing one of my Special Ed students at work say to another teacher, "I love Kim."  :)

Watching two parents struggling to make their children behave at the grocery store, I thought -- I'm so glad I'm not a parent. :)

i was in town yesterday at the grocery store i also saw a couple trying to control there unruly child, i was thinking im ever so glad i have cats & not kids at that moment.

My friends' kids are great -- so cute and make you wonder if you're missing out on something (not having any).  But when I saw the peoples' kids running wild in the store & how frustrated the parents were, at that moment - I was glad not to have any. :)

Being in an upsetting situation, and having someone say that they were offended on my behalf.  It was very sweet!

(I have issues w/circuses, but I still think elephants are amazing, intelligent, wondrous creatures and it's a pleasure to see them...)

I just saw elephants yesterday in Zurich - I was walking from my hotel to this conference, and all of a sudden I cross the street and whoa, there were elephants!  They had a circus in town and the elephants were eating breakfast.  They were sweet... :)

OMG...you saw elephants too!  :o

It was soooo not what I was expecting to see that day...I find it funny that you came across elephants as well!  ;D

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

Yeah it was funny!  I actually shouldn't have been that surprised as there was a big circus there, but the last circus I was at didn't have elephants and I hadn't seen them there before, so to just walk across the street and have these huge creatures right there - well it was a surprise!

Now you know I'm a vegetarian Bob....

My unexpected pleasure of the day involved shopping...

I was just browsing Fashion Bug for a couple of new tops for work, and...oh my gosh.  Spring clearance sales  + online coupon codes =  OH...MY...GOSH.

I ended up saving over $300.  The whole thing cost less than $40.  I am...still kind of drooling and gaping at the screen.  I feel like I somehow cheated the store by getting new clothes for that much, but I didn't!

....oh man.  This was for 6 tops, 3 pairs of trousers, and 1 pair of slippers.  Totally worth the extra space in my luggage when I move over.

Oh my gosh (I keep saying that!).  Someone pick me up off the floor, please.
