Well, good for you. I have made some similar changes like salad instead of fries, cutting out a lot of snacks, sugar and such. I have managed to drop 16 pounds in three months but I'm ok with that.

That's really all it takes, along with moving the body more... and like I said, I'm sure it will slow down for me now, and it's healthier if it does.  16 pounds in three months is great!

Going to the awards ceremony at the kids' school this morning and watching my daughter receive THE Religious education award for the school and have the headmistress say such nice things about her.  It was lovely to see all these gorgeous, well achieving kids being recognised.  A wonderful morning!

Not unexpected, but very much appreciated... the Living channel always gives a warning when they are about to show one of those programmes about childbirth.  Gives me time to jump up and change over before i see something that will make me feel sick.
