But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

Got a lovely bouquet of flowers - roses and lilies - from my boss on my last day of work!
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

My UP today is waking up early (5:50!) and taking a nice bath this morning rather than a rushed shower like usual.

Also from yesterday we are planning a dinner at work to celebrate Diwali (Indian holiday) and our global head agreed to come along!  How sweet!

Having the sweetest husband who even through his grief can take such good care of lil ole me, and my father-in-law just being really funny even though he has lost his wife of 30 years.  He keeps calling me curly locks, and sometimes when he is really feeling lost without his wife he will grab my hand and tell me thanks.

Almost forgot two

1. My husband and I signed up for our joint bank account this morning...without any problems.  I just need a few simple documents and my passport and my marriage cert and we were on our way.  Now I just need money to put in there.

2. The Soprano's is on Sky so Thursday is a great night for TV at 10pm it is Grey's Anatomy and at 11pm it is Soprano's....yay!

Balancing the checkbook and realizing that I'd entered a $64 purchase as $640.  I couldn't for the life of me figure out where all our money had gone last month... now I know!  We're rich!!! ;D

Finding a REALLY great coat tonight. It's SO cute and only partially made from wool, so it's not too heavy or bulky. I think it'll be just fine to wear in London. And it was on sale for $50.
