I was going to post under IA that Tesco changed the amount of water they would deliver, which totally ticked me off since we drink all bottled water and dont have a car...but then I figured out that Waitrose does deliver to us (I didnt think they did).

So its turned into an UP post that I can now get Waitrose delivered and they do the quantity of water we like too!  Horay!  ;D

the council brought me a new wheelie bin last night, to replace mine which was stolen!
they'd said they would, but i was convinced it would not arrive until i had phoned to nag them at least twice!  ;)

Well, possibly not.  I have checked EVERY house in the scheme, and it's nowhere.  The woman at the council said that it's possible it got thrown into the bin lorry!  At any rate, i've been without it for 2 weeks, so im really glad the new one is here!

It's cool that your council provides wheelie bins! Ours gives us bin bags, but we have to supply our own bins.

oh god... i'd hate to see the state of the place if we weren't provided wheelie bins... all the dogs and cats and foxes and other assorted scavengers would have rubbish strewn all over the town!

Just found out very unliked, annoying, whiny co-worker will be out tomorrow. Yay!

This person is such a pain you hear people muttering cuss words under their breath when she walks in every day. She's the type that thinks she works harder, has the biggest workload, everyone else doesn't do anything, blah, blah, blah.

I'm tempted to tell her the office is going to buy her a big wooden cross and the next time she feels unappreciated she can climb up and nail herself to it.  ::)

The kindness from so many, even from people you have never met in person.

finding this( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230061024334&ssPageName=ADME:B:EF:US:2 ) for my Narnia addicted sister for Christmas. I also found her a Narnia t-shirt. She's madly in love with william moseley too, so I'm working on finding something with him on it.

No, you have to put your bags in a bin -- we just have to supply our own bins. If we just left bags out, the badgers, foxes, seagulls, etc. would go to town!!

Had lovely night of dancing last night, danced with at least 15 guys who were wonderful partners!  And had wonderful time afterwards as well.  And had a good meeting this morning with senior person in office to sort out issues.  And sold my big project from yesterday!

I was 'summoned' for my first one-on-one with the director of our unit this morning.  I think it went pretty well!

I got a raise!  ;D The money is nice, but the show of appreciation is even nicer!
