Peace and quiet in the Chicago office, and a big lunch with my former coworkers at noon!  Yay!

one of the banner ads on the forum made me chuckle it said "get your geek on" ha ha

But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

Talking to another UKYer on the phone today and we were talking about food that we really crave from the States and I mentioned Velveeta and she mentioned salsa and then she said about nachoes and we both said "mmmmmmmmmmmm" at the same time. Ha Ha!

Saw a 'Grumpy Bear' calendar in the window of a calendar shop on my way to work today...and it's on sale for half-price.  I love Grumpy Bear!!!  Hope the calendar's still there on my way home...
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

Finding out it is going to thunderstorm all day Saturday. It has been a while since we had a good thunderstorm. Perfect day to stay in and watch movies.

Having a really great day today.  Went into London because we wanted to look at couches.  Decided to go to Brent Cross and Ikea.  No traffic, no real crowds of people, no obnoxious people, I had sushi, and Josh was an angel.  Just a great day. (And it's not even my birthday ;D)
