Kraft Macaroni and Cheese
« on: April 28, 2005, 01:11:10 PM »
I have a box of Macaroni and Cheese that I brought back from the States.  For some reason it makes me think of my childhood. Sort of like a comfort food with no gourmet flair.

Does anyone like Macaroni and Cheese??

I like macaroni and cheese.

Danielle, I used to buy Kraft Mac & Cheese at Sainsbury's, in the section with all of the other pasta.  I don't know if they still carry it though...

I also used to make home made baked macaroni and cheese.  Wouldn't you know it, though?  The kids prefer the boxed stuff.

I have looked for it around Chelmsford,Essex and have not found it.  I will have to recheck.  My kids prefer boxed stuff too.

LOVE it!!!

My friend used to stay over and I would have mac and cheese the cheapy kind with glow orange powder cheese stuff.  She loved it so I kept it stocked.  One day I decided to treat her and got the good stuff, the creamy cheese, I think it's kraft.  She refused to eat it.  Asked where the other stuff was, it just wasn't the same.

Hmmmmmmm, not the best reviews for it.  I'd buy a can for emergencies though ::)

Yeah, I can't even explain to you how that effect my family.  Seriously!  They have to really plan meals for this guy!  (By plan I mean research restaurants :P)  He hates it all!

My Richard won't eat cheese or pasta either (or rice, or spicy stuff).  Oh how I WISH I could throw together some spag bol for him on those nights when I just can't be bothered, but NO!   >:(

Maybe all guys named Richard are picky eaters?   ;)
