Indefinate Leave to Remain in the UK
« on: April 28, 2005, 09:59:27 PM »
Hi all,
The application for indefinate leave to remain in the UK has to be submitted soon. I am the American citizen. My husband and I decided to move to the States. He just became  a lawfull permanent resident.  AMEN!!!!
To proceed with the ILR is not now neccessory. Dose anyone have any ideas in how I can legally  extend my stay until October????
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

If you do not apply for ILR, then you would submit the FLR(O) form 1 month before your current visa expires.

As it costs the same, I think I'd rather just apply for ILR... :-\\\\
