Exercise roll call
« on: April 29, 2005, 04:42:45 PM »
Since many of us are thinking about dieting end getting happy and healthy.. for those of you who want to.. thought it would be good  to  let people  know and  be accountable  for getting your exercise time in..   Or not in..whatever happens..  ;D

it can also give people ideas  of what they can  do..

Friday-- 1 hour walk up and around the neighborhood

I walk about 5+ blocks to and from my bus stop every morning. (about 15min each way) I have an hour for lunch, and if the weather isn't too bad I usually walk for at least 45 min. of it. I work in a pub two nights a week, so I'm on my feet for about 5 hours then---usually rushing around serving people.

My problem is going to be when I get back to the states and am driving everywhere again...
