may 4th NYC Ballet workout  whole thing  --1 hour

may 5th--  1 hour  floor exercise for butt, back, and legs..  30 minutes low impact aerobics

Treadmill 22 min. Im trying to increase a minute every few days but I havent changed the incline.  :-\\\\

How is this?  I heard about it!  I worked at Lincoln Center in NYC, so I know what these Ballet Dancers look like :P

it's tough and to be honest the first time i did it.. i couldn't do it completely...  the lighting is dramatic..and it feels  "moody/ seductive" ..LOL.... but the actual workout is tough/ good..   I think the guy expects you to already 'know' ballet  so for me it is a bit difficult..  because they only show it once maybe twice and then you are doing it full speed..double time..  :D :D :D  but i feel it.. 

I am so desperate to  get my tapes sent over from teh ates ..I find myself doing  a lot of in house exercise so I will love the  variation..

I'm going to stick with this one post and just keep modifying it when I add an update from here on out.

5th May--Cardio Sculpt with 4, 3, and 2.5 kg dumbbells.
7th May--Ab Sculpt
8th May--Body Sculpt
9th May--Ab
10th May Cardio
13th May--Super Body Sculpt (new DVD...tough chick with implants and abs you can bounce quarters off!!
                  Whew! what a workout) with 4, 3 and 2.5 kg dumbbells (though not used all the way through!)

Does going up in down the stairs several times a day with laundry and a 20 month old count ;)

Tuesday - walk 4 miles, cricket practice for one hour

last night - field hockey game

this is a great idea - I need the extra motivation!

11-May

30 minutes on the bike at the gym, followed by lifting (legs).  Trying to walk places a lot more rather than take the tube, and take stairs more than take a lift.

Over the past few days I've done tons of walking, did a lifting workout for my arms, and did a bike workout at a much higher level than I've done in the past.  I'm getting there!
