Thank Everybody! :)

Maramallow, I simply adore the late Georgian era/ Regency, of about 1795-1820. If I could live in 1805 clothes with 2005 technology, I would!

It is so interesting that your mother is a also a costume designer. I hardly ever "meet" them. Does she do theatre or films? Either way, I must say I admire her carrear choice. ;)

She is working mostly on theater(mainly high school...no money :(), however, right now she is working on a small indie film.  You are doing it the right way--her degree is in Home Ec, so she is in no position to make money.  She is the most amazing pattern maker, she can look at a picture and remake the article of clothing!!  She's incredible!

Congratulations!  Fabuloso career choice!  Stay with us while you are at uni.  I, for one, am interested in what you will be studying each term.  Your field trips will be the best!

Maramallow, it's obvious your mother is really talented. As long as she is happy. that's all that matters :)

Forget UK-Yankee? Why, impossible! Who would I ask about finding fireworks on the 4th of July?  8)

Thank you for your kindness. I will try to keep you updated :)
