anyone's took more than three weeks to be issued? mine has and i am worried about it! they dont pick up nor return phone calls, they dont reply emails i have no way of finding out if my documents that i faxed to them even got there!!! grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

I am about to go processing mine in a week or two. ( maybe more cos its taking a while to get the deed info for the house)
but anyway its summertime and plenty of people are traveling so it may take a few weeks :)
