Advice on Logistical Cost to bringing Austrian Car to UK.

I drive to prague all the time and the RAC claim its a 21 hour trip. I have done it in 14 hours once. It all depends on how and when you drive

Yea we are hoping to do the trip in 12 hours...18 sounds soo long hehe.
Do you have any tried and tested tips that were not mentioned by the other folks who have responded to my quiery ?

thanks everyone for all your help..i have posted a new thread to thank everyone for those crucial tips.
We made it back to London safe and sound. The austrian alps was a great getaway, as well as picking up my dads ca. Now we will be working on transferring the car from Austrian to UK license plates.

Hope that will run smoothly too.
