The picture with the bridge is on the outskirts of Bristol - it's the Clifton Suspension bridge over the Avon Gorge.  The other picture is in the Cheddar Gorge (just in case anyone didn't see Carolyn's big clue  ;) )

I went to the Cheddar Gorge back in '97.  It's a beautiful place indeed.  I had a great curry there, but sadly, cannot remember the name.

We walked on the footpath that went along the top of the gorge.  There are fantastic views from up there.
