The little packs of hot and mild sauce from Del Taco and Taco Bell, I just LOVE those, it's easier than buying a bottle of hot sauce here, and they are free!! I had a huge stash, but it's gone now. :(

Not ziplock brand, but the sealing up kind. And from other Lakeland stuff I've bought, their products are usually pretty good quality.

Do you want some slightly expired Taco Bell packets?  My mother bought - I kid you not - an entire box from Taco Bell for my son.  A box contains over 2000 packets.  We still have about 2 large (ziploc!) bags full of them...  ::)

A British friend here in Yorkshire asked me to bring back packs of Philly Titan cigars.  I didn't know *anything* about cigars so I found out (after going to a couple cigar bars) that these are really cheap (low-end) cigars -- you can find them in places like 7-11 or Wal-Greens, etc...  LOL  I dutifully brought back several packs for her -- she & her partner were thrilled!  I asked 'why? I don't understand - these are cheap cigars' and said I'd felt guilty 'cause I thought they ought to have me bring back some fancy cigars or something, but those are what they wanted.

I guess cigars are really expensive here in the UK? ???

Other than that -- just been slowly bringing things over in my suitcases...  The first lot got pretty well busted up in transit, particularly a nice wood hand-carved box/triptych a friend brought back to me after his trip to Vietnam.  Then I brought back books, leftover personal effects -- clothes & misc, and lastly - TWO large suitcases full of my grandmother's & mother's hand made (by them) quilts.

PS - And Neosporin & other OTC meds & first aid stuff.  Anything I can buy considerably cheaper in the US (clothing, etc) -- 'cause I still can't bring myself to pay English prices (always doing the currency conversion in my head & thinking of how much that would buy in the US).

I've brought some weird things in my time.  Usually, it's what ever craze had started over there first and was on sale by the time it caught on here.  Like the summer we brought home Emily dressed in Little Mermaid everything, shoes, jammies, dress, swimsuit and even a little mermaid sleeping bag. :)  Or the year Emily was Jurassic park crazy the same time Lizzy was insane over Barney and we flew home with both a Jurassic Park stuffed Raptor and a HUGE Barney puppet.  We raised a few eyebrows that trip.  My mom also once brought over a HUGE Woody from Toy Story.  That was pretty funny.   :)

Oh yeah, I did that too! It's the only way to make a bean burrito taste like it's Taco Bell's.

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
