Isabella Freda R. entered the world three weeks early on January 2, 2008!  She weighed in at a wee 5 lbs 12 oz and 20 inches long...  We had a bit of a rough start, ( 2 weeks in the hospital   :\\\'( ) but we're all home now and doing well   ;D

Congrats!  I hope she continues to grow and get stronger.

Well, we're going for it again!

As had a missed miscarriage last time, I went in for a scan at Royal Alexandra in Paisley yesterday.

Little bean is 9 weeks along and there was a heartbeat, so here's hoping!

I have another scan in about 3 weeks and then the 22-24 week one - they tell you the baby's gender here!  It will be nice knowing if bean sticks it out.

All day nausea and the usual here.  But just grateful that it's still with us.

I wish everyone who is trying lots of baby dust and to those who are pregnant after loss or trying again after loss, best wishes to you for a happy and healthy 9 months!

Because of the loss, I was sort of in denial that I was pregnant again.

I didn't want to see the screen, but they were very helpful and put me in a different room from where I was last time.

I'm so glad they are being considerate after all you went through. :)

Aw.  That's great news!  I'm sending you good wishes.  And you know what I've always said-the third one is the easiest. :)

Congrats Expat - hoping this time goes really smoothly for you! ;D
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
