Been trying to make an appointment in Glasgow for the last hour and it's either busy or no one answers. Is there a better time of day to call? I wish you could set up appointments online like in the states, since no one in the New York consulate ever answered when I tried calling there either. Liverpool will be my next attempt, since people seem to have been able to get appointments there.
