In USA filling out I-130 for my husband
« on: June 11, 2005, 02:40:38 PM »
I am not sure if I need to sign my name on MY biographic sheets (X4) where it says applicant's signiture or not. My husband signed his four sheets with his name. I am so confused, HELP! (I am the petitioner, husband is the beneficiary.) I was going to send the application in today as we leave to come back to the UK on Monday...any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

Yes, YOU should sign your own name on YOUR set of biographic data forms. Sign all 4. HTH!

Good luck on your application! :D

Thanks! I just got a pm about your diveintoamerica site and can't wait to get back to the UK to check it out thoroughly! We're flying back tomorrow...sending out my I-130 in the morning and keeping my fingers crossed.
