If I remember to do it next week I will it does seem not too far away now....

TPBM decorates for *both* Christmas and another winter festival at the same time (Chanukah, Divali, etc.)

False. I grew up in a one faith family, so we always decorated for Christmas only. A friend was a nanny for a few years after school. She is Catholic, one parent was Jewish and the other Protestant, and she said December was a nonstop celebration in that house. It always sounded fun to me.

TPBM buys a new coat each winter.

False, I wouldn't be able to afford that!  I usually wear a coat til it falls apart.

TPBM has a winter coat that is not black or grey.

True. Although I do have a black one that was a FAB find at Goodwill, new for $3, and a black leather one I have been wearing since '94, I do also have a sage green one. When I came here in 2009 it was supposed to be for 7 weeks then head back to file for my visa, but it ended up being six months, and I didn't have a coat with me so I had to get one.

TPBM still watches the Christmas specials - Charlie Brown, Rankin Bass, etc.

Most definitely. I get in the Christmas spirit about June, and it usually 'goes away' about mid May.  ;D

TPBM has had snow already this season?

No snow yet here! I don't mind a little snow though as long as the people around can drive in it without freaking out! I am hoping for a white Christmas though! I think snow if beautiful! (Even though I hate being cold! LOL!)

TPBM already has all their Christmas shopping done!  ;D

False. This is the latest I have been in years. I used to be finished before Halloween when I lived in the States. I kept a master list in a small notebook in my bag, shopped all year, and anything I bought went straight into the Christmas decorations closet so it would be easy to find when the time came.

TPBM struggles to touch type in the dark although they have no problem with it in light.

True.  I'd have to at least find my bearings first, and that would be hard to do in the dark.

TPBM has often wondered what it would be like to be blind.

False to often, but I have wondered on occasion and thanked my lucky stars I'm not.

TPBM tries to do an act of kindness whenever possible.

False. I've only been to about 16 states and England. We do have plans to do a bit of travel in the future.

TPBM tries a new dish at least once a month.

Cooking or just tasting?  Either way though it's no.  I'm not against the idea, but I usually cycle around the same several dishes I usually make and we don't go out to dinner that often.

TPBM loves hot (as in spicy) food, but their partner doesn't or the other way around.

Fiance loooooves super spicy. I can handle medium to hot spicy. But we always order separate meals when we get Indian!

TPBM sticks to the recipe (vs intuition) when cooking.

Ish. When it is a new recipe I do, but if it is something I have made a lot, I will experiment with variations from time to time.

TPBM is a bit of a pack rat.
