AyouBob I am glad you noticed she just leaves the stuff on the floor...at least I know I am not going crazy...

there is an ariel commercial I can't stand where the woman talks about hot pasta sauce, chocolate sauce...it is the way she says sauce that grates my nerves lol...

Well I am crazy so....

But seriously I have seen people do that in real life where their child knocks stuff on the floor and the parents just ignore it.

I'll have to look out for that ariel advert. Can't say I have seen it but I got a feeling I'll probably notice it all the time now.
Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.

oh once you see the Ariel ad you will never forget it lol

Yes I have seen people do that in the grocery store and just leave stuff on the floor or ignore their kids.

I've got the Folgers jingle in my head.

"... the best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup."

That's when you know it's a good advert, when you can still sing the jingle after at least a decade since hearing it.

hahaha! I can still recall some jingles in old adverts they played in Dallas, including one for a newspaper that hasn't existed in about 15 years.

Hate: the "Going to Paul's for a poo" advert. I'm mean, seriously, WTF????? I don't even know what it's advertising because as soon as I see that little brat, I just switch over.
Yeah, not so great. In fact it makes no sense at all. If DS said he wanted to go to Paul's for a poo I'd be thrilled! I'd be like, "here's some loo roll, see you later". ;D

I am currently flabergasted at some of the new perfume ads. The one where the extremely young girl is begining a threesome (am I getting old and prude?) and also Brittney's new perfume ad, particularly the part where they mention her new fragrance entitled 'circus fantasy'. What was she thinking!

This time of year, it's got to be the Irn Bru as The Snowman advert I love!

As the boy is flying towards George Square in Glasgow, 'I'm falling through the air/I wonder where I'm going to land/He nicked my Irn Bru/and let go of my hand . . .'

Yep that one. I swear everytime when that one comes on, me and the boy stop whatever we are doing and watch it. All the Irn Bru adverts are ace but that one is special or dare I say Phenomenal.  They actually worked with Howard Blake - the guy that did Walking on the Air.

Hah, this one is absolutely mint!

I also have to ashamedly admit that I find the little Qualcomm-esque phone in the Mazuma Mobile ads to be so adorable that I want to snuggle him forever... evil!

HATE: All of those "cash for gold" ones; "we buy any car.com"; the strange car ads that are shown during tru blood on wednesday nights. some guy's off camera, asking the people to do all sorts of wierd things, like "feed a baby....while playing ping-pong".

Tolerate: Detergent adverts; and grocery store adverts

Love: The Virgin media one, where a woman gets lost in a backlot of a studio; Mark's and Spencer(I know, it's a grocery store, but, in the commercial, it's a bit more slick than for a typical grocery store.)
