I love the Snickers commercial with Aretha Franklin. When she slaps that guy in the front seat and says, 'Do you feel that??' it gets me every time! Hilarious!

I haven't ever seen that one I have only seen the ones with Betty White & Mr T.

Funny, because I'm not sure I've seen that one! Maybe they're running different ones here, but sure we watch British channels in addition to Irish ones...I'll have to pay attention to what channel I'm watching the next time I see it.

I haven't seen the Betty White commercial in a long while but the MR T. commercial just last week.

Youtube is great for seeing commercials you might not otherwise get to see. I'll be searching 'Aretha Franklin Snickers' in a few minutes so I can see it.

In the States they are running some commercials for Poise (incontenince pads) featuring Whoopi Goldberg. A friend of mine from school mentioned on Facebook how funny they are so I immediately went to youtube and watched them. I haven't laughed so hard in years as I did over the 'Princess and the Pea' version.

We didn't watch many commercials in the States and we really don't here either so I miss a lot of good ones. We'll set the dvr recording for about 15-20 minutes and then fast forward the adverts.

I LOVE commercials! My parents used to get so annoyed with my sister and I when we were young because we'd talk through the whole show, but sit there entranced when the commercials would come on!  ;D

Not sure if it's been mentioned on this thread before, but the NatWest ad that says

"Nothing hidden. Just the facts."

Don't the writers think?

Has anyone else laughed out loud whenever the Toffee Dodgers advert comes on?  You know the one with the monkeys saying "jammie" and "toffee".  Hillarious!  Especially the face on the woman in the aisle!

I'm still waiting for them to stop with the "Go Compare" adverts already.  It's to the point now where as soon as anyone in this house sees that annoying man with the stupid mustache, we all dive for the remote shouting "Mute it! Mute it! Mute it!".

Us too. As I've mentioned before, I am ready for him to go crawl in a cave and die. I now hate him as much as I hated the Geico cavemen when I was still in the States. The only Geico advert I like is the one with the little piggy. If anyone hasn't had a chance to see it, you can go to youtube and type in 'Geico piggy'. I have probably watched it 100 times since returning froma visit home last September and still giggle over it.

Age UK TV ad

I fell asleep on the sofa watching telly, and this advert caused me to have the worst dreams.
