Thanks BW- I am going to get it- it says I can get a copy for 57p (& P&& right?) I am reading that right, it's like amazone marketplace??

That looks like the book I have read a review of too, so thanks for the recommendation

* I just bought it for the grand total of £3.07 bargain! I have two weeks off to recuperate now and I have already read 3 books in the last week- heaven :)

Just spotted this and think a lot of you can relate!

http://www.whsmith.co.uk/whs/go.asp?isbn=0007177755&DB=220

I read this book a few months ago and it's actually quite good.  While it is a scary subject, she treats in such a way that she doesn't traumatize the reader.  The benefit is that from the beginning you know that her son is alive and well (and we all know what happens to her husband ;) )  It's humorous and a quick read.  The best part is the last section about Edinburgh.  I've never read something that made me want to visit a city more.

Just thought I'd throw my little opinion in.

Oh - - in the US, the title is An Innocent, A Broad (which I like much better).
