No but I would love to have one.   :D
Love your life, poor as it is. You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poorhouse. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the almshouse as brightly as from the rich man’s abode; the snow melts before its doors as early in the spring. Cultivate property like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Turn the old; return to them. Things do not change; we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts…

Sanctuary is FAN F**KING TASTIC  ;) but pricey , wensday nights are the best times to go.

I would also recommend accupuncture as well  but I'm not familiar of a place in your area.

Camomile or lavendar baths are good. Getting some fresh lavendar and putting it in the area were you sleep is also good.
But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

AMBIEN!

I know it can be scary to take a prescription for something like this.  But, if you just use it on a short term basis then the benefits should outweigh the risks of becoming dependent.

Thanks Joshua.. I've had prescription meds for insomnia before.  I'm getting a bit back on track, slowly but surely.

LOL.  hehee.  methinks i'll send the link to dave for gift ideas but he'll see the prices of the memebrship days (which is what i'd want along with a treatment!) and go  :o

Kristi, anytime you want some destressing time, PM me and we can go for a walk or dinenr or something!  i think some of the sleeplessness is due to stress.  I'm having a lot of panic-y and worry stress like i had after 9-11.  but this is hitting me much worse

Insomnia strikes again.

Went to bed at 10:00. Woke up at 1:00. It's 2:30 now and I need to be up and out the door in 3 hours.

3 hours of sleep.  [smiley=sa3.gif]

Had a bad night last night too.  Bah!  Fell asleep about 4:30am, woke up around 10:30.  I'm cranky, tired, overwhelmed by everything going on this month.

And WHAT A JOKE! Royal Mail charges to fwd mail when you move.. 33quid for the year.  Bah!  And according to their website, my new address doesn't exist and the postal code is for an ambulance service.  I guess I need to double check everything with my new landlord.  GRRR!

Bummer Kristi!

Hope your sleep schedule gets back on track soon!

They are coming out with a new type of sleep aid here and the hype is that you can take it in the middle of the night (unlike Ambien), but when I asked my doc about it he says it's basically the same. :( So much for that option!
