Line on my tummy
« on: July 24, 2005, 08:39:41 PM »
I just got that line on my tummy the one that starts from below my belly button, I'm all happy about it , I show it off, lol ;D .. Im surprised I got it this late though, I'm almost 7 months, most people get it around 5 months.

Ugh!?! Linea nigra line.  I didn't like mine, I have dark tan skin so mine got dark and looked like a marker!?!  But it is pretty much all gone.  Some people told me sometimes it doesn't go away, I got lucky!
Now, I just need to do something with my jelly belly! lol

I didn't get one w/my first till about the 7th month.  Some folks never get one at all.

I'm 5 months along and it still isn't present, even tho my bump is larger than it was w/the first one at this time.

Within the past month it seems like my bump has gotten twice as big. Its horrible now I cant walk as much because I start to ache after a short time, I  also waddle down the street like a penguin ,lol. I have to remember not to wear a black and white outfit :P

Ugh.  I hated my linea negra!  I had it with the first-don't remember when I got it, but I believe it was around 7 mos-but not with the second.

Drink some milk!  It should help with that.  :)

Eating some protein always helped my heartburn.

Rennie's soft chews.  Also, sleep propped up on pillows.  You get used to it.  I had it so badly w/my last child that I developed an oesophageal ulcer and had to take some serious meds, but most cases can be managed with OTC stuff.

Here's hoping I won't get one this time round, either, saf.  Ugggh.  That was the last thing I needed, an ugly line down my massive bump.
