Have you looked around to see if there's an Indian restaurant in your city?  I would think most larger cities would have at least one?

We love curries, but we don't eat them out. We make them at home.  Take-away curries are terribly grim and oily, I find.

We do quite like southern Indian food. It has a lightness and delicacy lacking in the northern cuisine. At least, we think so.
