Lord knows I try, but it's a bit difficult at the moment with my dad in charge of buying food.  :-\\\\

Have you ever dyed your hair an off-the-wall color? (Like bubblegum pink, or blue?)
If we called them Sad Meals, no one would buy them.

No, and I actually regret not trying that (especially when I had short spiky hair in college)

Do you feel that your hairstyle reflects your personality?

Tu seras mon unique projet.

For the most part yes.  We all have different facets to our personalities, though  ;)  Ha!  That makes it sound like I have multiple personalities... :D

What outfit (real or imagined) is one that reflects your personality?

Usually, but not always.

What's the last magazine you read?

The last issue of Domino. (Rest in peace, weird mag in which I didn't really like the decor and it was all super expensive anyway. ;))

If you were invited to a fancy dress dinner (think wedding-type) for tomorrow night, would you be wearing something out of your closet, or buying something new?

Oh for pete's sake, I've done it again and answered an old question.  ::)

What outfit (real or imagined) is one that reflects your personality?

I don't know, maybe jeans, a sweatshirt and hiking boots?  :-\\\\

Wearing one of two outfits in my closet.

How many handbags do you have?

Oh gosh, a few, I guess.  Probably about 10?  I really only use one or two right now though, and I want a new one already!

What's your favorite drink in the summer?

Hmm, it's a tie between iced tea and homemade lemon-limeade.

When did you first have an alcoholic beverage, and where was it?

About 16 years old, when I was working as a live-in housekeeper one summer - summer job for one of my school teachers...she was throwing a big family dinner, the day was boiling hot (like 100 degrees in the shade, no A/C on through the day in the house) and I'd been in the blazing kitchen helping her cook (baking) all day.  I was invited to join in for the dinner, and (along with everyone else) I got a warm glass of Mogan David Concord wine.  [smiley=bleck.gif]  [smiley=sick.gif]

When did you first really develop a taste for alcoholic beverages?

Probably not until I left college. I drank in college but it was usually Miller Lite and the goal was to get drunk. I don't think I really started to enjoy beer until I left college and met people who liked things OTHER than Miller Lite!

How old were you the first time you got drunk?

I find your question interesting, but very nebulous for me to pin down.  When I turned 23 I got really depressed when I had a sudden realization that I wasn't a kid anymore and that I was and would be older someday.  I wasn't thrilled when I turned 30, and really grumpy when I turned 41.  But I just turned 45 last week and though it sure *sounds* old to me, and I do look a bit older than I did 5 years ago, I don't *feel* old.  Sorry that was such a long answer.   :P :D

How old were you when you spotted your first grey hair?

I am, but only because we had a huge storm last night (very badly needed in FL) and it has a lot cooler outside today. It feels wonderful!
