Read or write poetry

What does the phrase "in love" mean to you?

(I've seen no end of bad experiences caused by being 'in love'.)

Have you ever had a talking parrot?

No, I don't think I could handle having a pet that could talk back  :-\\\\

Only if listening to the fire works over Skype with Simon this weekend counts.  ;)

Do you still have old school work from when you were little?  What about college work?

Ugh!  Most of my baby teeth had to be pulled out because they were so stubborn and wouldn't come out on their own.  Plus, I had four permanent teeth pulled prior to getting braces.  Oh, and two wisdom teeth.  Let's just say I am no stranger to Novocaine!  *insert toothless smiley here*

Did you have braces or any other kind of orthodontia?

No, I had a mouthguard thing to wear at night when I used to grind my teeth in my sleep.

What is something that surprised you about the UK or US that you didn't know before going there?

That gambling is legal and there are bookies in every high street, taking bets on all sorts of things, including what's going to be the number 1 song at Christmas.
I LOVE this about the UK and make full use of it!  ;)

Do  your parents have passports?

Fat & neurotic! :P

Do you have any feature/characteristic (physical or personality, etc) about yourself, that would typically be considered socially or physically undesirable, but that you actually quite like?

For the first time in ages... no! ;D  I plan on sitting on my butt and not doing a single darn thing.

How old were you when you learned to ride a bicycle?

I think around 5-6 yrs old, and it was an ancient bike with training wheels and on the verge of falling apart - which I think it finally did.  I got my first 'real' bike for my 7th birthday -- it was one of those groovy 70s bicycles for girls with a 'banana' seat. :)

Have you ever gone out to a comedy club?
