I would have to say the most far out treatment I've ever done was eye lash tinting which was very meh and wouldn't do it again. I only had it done because it was a part of a package deal. Everything else has been the traditional ones.

Sorta. On the weekdays I have classes, I bring yogurt with honey and granola; on the weekdays I don't have class I make oatmeal; on weekends I usually make scrambled eggs and bacon or pancakes one day and oatmeal the other.

How frequently do you switch out purses/handbags (men...wallets)?

Very infrequently.  For everyday I use a very old backpack, ugly and not sophisticated at all, but just too darned convenient.  Everything fits in there and leaves my hands free--the beauty of backpacks!

If we're going out I'll switch to a pretty little bag, for days I'm going out and doing harp stuff at harp friends' homes (seems often lately), a bigger over the shoulder bag that fits my music and other stuff in it.

Do you wear flat comfy shoes to work or heels?

Because of what I do, it would always be comfy shoes.

If you have (or had) a yard/garden, would you have a barbeque?

No, not a priority for me at all.  We have a very small portable one though and haven't used it in two years.

Do you make an effort to get plenty of fibre in your diet?

Yes, both in "natural" form and, if I've not been good about that, disolving powder in my water.

(What) Do you feed the birds?
