Thanksgiving - all the good food without the pressure of buying people gifts.

Do you have an annoying (to you or to other people) habit?

People closest to me say that I micro manage.. This is VERY  true! I'm aware of it and am trying to loosen up a bit. Just tough when you're used to being a single parent to a special needs child for a long time. Now that I've recently married it's a new thing for me to get help from someone else lol.

If you could eat one type of food or meal everyday for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Tacos.  And not the ones in california......but add a packet of seasoning to ground beef or chicken and put it in either hard shells or mixed with crushed up doritos and add tomatoes lettuce and cheese.  I could eat them for every meal.  I add homemade chipotle aioli to it as well Yummy!!  I don't know why I like them so much, but I cannot live without them.

What is your guilty pleasure??

When someone you don't respect tries to get your goat, do you let them push your buttons or do you just walk away?

It doesn't happen very often, thankfully!  I think in the past I've just switched off and ignored them--it totally diffuses their negativity.

Do you and your partner / spouse like the same foods?

Yes, thankfully. It makes things a lot easier around here!

Have you ever tried a Massive Open Online Course and if so, what was it?

How often do you wash your hair?

Yep, rhubarb could kill me. I found out I am allergic to it when I went into anaphylactic shock just after starting to help mom cut some up several years ago. I'm also allergic to penecillin and codeine. I also have to watch my soaps, shampoos, detergents, etc, or I break out in hives. The mold on leaves in the fall make me break out in hives sometimes, grass makes my feet and ankles swell, and I get the sneezes and sniffles in spring and fall. Dad keeps offering to buy me a bubble to live in.  ::)

Do you have any Thanksgiving traditions you must do every year?

Sadly, no I barely even celebrate it anymore unless invited somewhere.

Would you rather get in extra early to work or stay extra late in order to catch up on things?

I would rather stay late(if I had a job)....I have enough trouble getting up in the morning when there is nothing to do.

Do you prefer cats or dogs...or another pet?

I like all animals to varying degrees. Cats more than dogs, only because I have been bitten by dogs when very small.

What did you want to be when you grew up (and what did you become)?

First I wanted to be a Mommy and I became one.  But in between, I wanted to be a Meteorologist, a Marine Biologist, a Music Teacher, a Photographer, a Linguist, and a Chef.  I guess I still get to be all of those things, though. We homeschool ;)
