I'm actually really happy with my name (Sarah)... it fits me very well and is definitely not weird... and I love the meaning too! (Princess) I also think my middle name is cool too... I was named after my dad's favorite grandmother. I can't wait to get my fiance's surname though... I love it!

What was your longest relationship, and if it ended, why did it end?

My longest relationship has been with DH -- we met 6 years ago yesterday.  ;)

What's your favourite childhood memory?

aww that's sweet lola!

My favorite childhood memory is walking into my nana's home in Vermont.  Seeing the stove bubbling with pasta, smelling the cinnamon and sugar goodies baking in the oven, seeing her at the table covered in flour.  Burying my head into her lap, as it had been months since we'd seen her and feeling her silk skin around me and inhaling the scent of her apron.

it's all so amazingly vivid...i treasure it (as i sit here and tear up as i always do)

So on a happier note:  If you could be an animal, which one?  Why?

Aww, that reminds me of my grandma in Maine!  :)

Anyway, if I could be any animal I guess I'd choose to be a cat because they're very graceful (most of the time, lol) and they get to sleep all day!

How often do you visit "home" back in the US? Is it enough, or do you want to go back more frequently? How do your family and friends react when you're back again? Do you like it or hate it?

I was back home in USA in May/June of this year. I go about every two years. I really enjoyed the visit with friends and family. I plan on going back more often now.

If you could go on a shopping spree and not have to worry about the money..where would you love to go shopping and why?

I totally love Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Target!  I know - even if money were no object, I would still shop the discount stores.  I can't justify paying full price for anything.  Even if I were very wealthy I would still shop the bargains.

If you could meet any one famous person, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

what was your worst "it made sense at the time" moment?
But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.
