i like hoovering, ever since i got a Dyson.
Its so satisfying seeing that tank fill up with all the dust and hair... makes it feel like you're really accomplishing something!

Do you take your own carrier bags when you go shopping?

For the most part, yes.  I think I inherited that from my dad, although I'd never tackle re-wiring the electricity in two rooms as he did.

Name one possession of yours that holds the greatest sentimental value.

As part of my bachelorette party (I'm not a crazy party person) the girls and I went to a stained glass studio and handmade a stained glass cross. We each etched our initials into it. The cross was blessed by the priest during our wedding ceremony and now hangs in our home. It is very symbolic in many ways for me...

Being on a camping trip in the mountains of Colorado with my family when I was about 4-5 years old -- at least that's the first thing I remember vividly (as opposed to quite vaguely).

Are you very close to a member of the family in which you grew up?  (mother, father, brother, sister)

In L.A., waking up on a very sunny summer morning put on my bikini and a skirt and tee, hop in my car and get a coffee at Starbucks and some snacks at the grocery store and drive down Sunset Blvd. straight to the beach, getting there just as the haze is lifting. Relax on the beach reading magazines and relaxing either alone or with friends. Drive home just before the traffic kicks in and shower and get dressed and go to my favorite little French cafe down the street from my parents house, and have champagne and escargot with my honey! That is heaven to me!

On the same lines...what is your idea of the perfect night?

Ah - but which beach?  Santa Monica?  Venice?... :)

Here where it's FREAKING cold -- being at home & snuggling in w/my husband.  If it were somewhere warm, I like being out & about (in a city, on the beach, etc).

Will Rogers State Beach, north of Santa Monica. A straight shot down Sunset Blvd, through the Pacific Palisades, home of Gidget, past Palisades High and into the parking lot.  :)

if it's cold and dry, my favourite thing to do is take the dog for a nice walk.
if it's cold and wet, i'd prefer to stay in.
