Yes!  Simon will be here and we will be in NC with my mom and her DH.  They will be throwing a New Years party in Simon's honor.  Should be fun!!

Did you ever have to climb a rope as a kid all the way to the ceiling of your gymnasium?

Yes! While everyone watched! I'm terrified of heights, so I hated that day!

Thanksgiving because I LOVE my mom's homemade Pumpkin pie, and that is the only time she makes it.  Most of all, I enjoy the family dinner around the table.

Have you ever had a Mexican jumping bean?

Yep... same as always.
Drive to Glasgow to the in-laws,  big Christmas lunch at La Fiorentina, then back to the in-laws to open pressies and sit around watching the telly and eating chocolates.

How many more paydays till Christmas?  :o

How long is an appropriate time to fall in love (or love at first sight)?

IMO, you can be in lust for ages, but real love sets in after 6 months or more of being with the person, face to face, when the courtship phase wears off and you really finally know them for the person they are. Lust is when you can't live without the person and you think they're perfect in every way, love is when you know they aren't perfect at all but you love them anyway. [smiley=heart.gif]
