'Truly anorexic' -- hmmm...well, my dearest friend is severely emetophobic -- and that has resulted in him (at times) being in a state of anorexia (or severely-one-foot-in-the-hospital-underweight), but it's not the same thing as anorexia nervosa because he's not obsessing over weight loss/weight gain.

What is the most exotic place you would like to travel?
