Physically, i could probably get up and washed and out the door looking half-presentable in 30 minutes.
But mentally... i need at least 3 hours, which is why i get up at 6 when i dont have to leave until 10!

Going out tonight?

No although DH really wants one and I guess he would use it then.  But I think it sounds way too difficult/time consuming.

What is your favourite exercise?

Not very - we would rather go eat out (let them do the dishes) and we don't have that many good take out places near our place.  Maybe once a month max?

What would you do with a coworker who has a little bit of an attitude problem (subordinate, not higher up)?

Ignore the attitude problem until it affected me directly, then talk to HR about how to handle it.

lots and lots - always have my bottle of water with me, even when i leave the house!

do you like email 'quizzes' or do they annoy you immensely?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

I despise any forwarded emails - although if a personal friend made up a quiz that she/he sent out to their friends I would probably take it.

How many hours left until your weekend begins?
