This is cute to me, because I'm still in the States, but I understand your intent.  :)  I actually live "in town" so it won't take much for me to run my errands today ---shipping a bunch of eBay sold items, shopping for a wedding shower, and picking up some groceries.

Are you obsessive about washing your hands?  Use that anti-bacterial gel stuff?  Anti-bac soaps all over the house?

No!! I worry about the overuse of antibacterial soaps, lotions, gels, wipes, whatever. There is a time and a place for complete sterility, but to try to make your everyday life microbe free is FUTILE and actually is helping to breed 'superbugs', (bacteria that are resistant to the stuff that used to kill them). Normal handwashing and cleanliness is good enough for me!

Do not a pet...just a husband. He eats lots of rather strange stuff.  Cumcumber and carrot sandwiches. :)

Who did you always have a crush on in high school..that never paid you any attention?

Not in high school, I dated the only one I wanted, married him for 11 years, then left him.  :P  Oh well.
But in elementary school it was David Ray - he was always SOOOOO cute to me and I had a huge crush on him.  He didn't know I even existed.   :-\\\\

Do you have to make sure all your luggage is matching?  Or are you ok with mis-matched luggage?

I don't care in the least about things like that.  As long as the luggage is dependable enough to carry what I need it to carry and not fall apart, well, that's good enough for me.

Do you have to own shoes to match EVERY outfit in your wardrobe? (I ask because I seem to be one of those rare women who owns only two pairs of shoes - it just seems like such a silly thing to spend money on...)

OMG! How can you exist with only two pairs of shoes?????  I am truly impressed!!  I, on the other hand, adore shoes and own far too many pair.  However, I don't go to quite the extreme of matching them to everything.  Doc Martens go with anything, right?  ;)

How old were you when you started wearing makeup?  How old were you when you were "allowed" to?

Seven.  Seven.  But it was just lip gloss and a little eye shadow.

How old were you when you learned to drive (and did you drive before you were really old enough to legally)?

I didn't drive, ever, until I was 18.  I owned my car before I knew how to drive - my boyfriend at the time, and I, flew up to MI from NC to pick it up and he drove it back.  I learned to drive in that car and drove it till it totally fell apart.

Do you own more than three pair of jeans?  What colors/styles?

I have exactly three pair of jeans! :P  One light (stonewash?) blue, one dark blue, and one black -- all basic, nothing fancy at all.  I'm also not a shoe queen -- have about 3-4 different pair for work (dressy/casual), 1 pair of trainers, that's it...oh and a pair of (mud encrusted) hiking boots.

Well, (not counting my parents giving me sips of their drinks) I was 13 and got smashed!

How many weddings have you been a bridesmaid in (or a groomsman)?

Never.
Always the bride, never the bridesmaid, me!  ;)

Which do you prefer... British bacon, or American bacon?

Nope.  Waste of money.

What was the first album you ever bought? (or CD, for our younger posters!)

Where do you buy your groceries?
