I'm turning 40--to lose about 15 years. :)

What do you miss the most about the States?

My family and my closest friends -- and my old cat (now my best friend's cat).

If you're in the US -- what do you miss the most about the UK?  OR, if you're in the UK -- what would you miss the most about this place if/when you leave (back to US or wherever)?

It didn't seem that odd at the time, but looking back now.... When I was fourteen, a man in town had an old Victorian style house he was remodeling to turn into a bed and breakfast. He hired teenage girls to help him with the project. I didn't stay there long he had some creepy habits and ways about him that made a lot of us nervous.  :P

What is the most and least you have ever spent on a pair of jeans?

I suppose the most I've spent would be around $35 (years ago!) and I usually spend around $10-20.  I like very basic & plain jeans from Wal-Mart -- I think they're called 'Ranglers' or some such -- and I usually buy one or two pair when I'm visiting back in the States.  I wear 'em 'til they wear out or fall off (I've been losing weight).

Do you like to go or have you ever been camping?  If so, did you camp in a tent or have an RV?

I love to go camping. I've camped in tents and in RVs. My sister and her family purchased a huge RV this year, I must say it was much more comfy than a tent but I don't mind either way. I just like to be able to shower  [smiley=gorgeous.gif]

What is the best Halloween costume you ever had? Or if you haven't dressed up, what would you like to have dressed up as?

I bought some cheap leopard print fabric and threw together a "cave girl" outfit when I was in high school.  It was short, off the shoulder and showed off my... erm... "assets".  I turned quite a few heads that night!  Of course, there isn't enough money on the planet to get me to wear something like that these days!  :P

Did you have a favorite outfit when you were little?

I had a black velvet skirt and jacket that I loved. :)

When the going gets tough, do you rely more on yourself or do you ask friends/family to help you through it?

I am totally a loner when life gets tough.  I disappear a bit from everything and just deal with an issue, then when I'm through it people start hearing from me again.

How do you answer your cell/mobile phone?
