Going to my best friend's house; mainly because we could eat Hostess snacks, which were NOT ALLOWED in my house!

Mrs. Reedy.  She had been the music teacher when I was in second grade, but when I went to the third grade she had transfered to third, as well.  She was such a lovely lady; so warm, caring and understanding.  I was very, very sick as a child and always missed so many days they wanted to hold me back (even though I made straight A's), and every year my mother had to fight for them to put me forward, which they did...but, it is eventually why we went to homeschooling.  Yet, in that third grade year we rarely had troubles because of Mrs. Reedy.

What is one dream childhood ambition you had which you have been able to fulfil?
I was born in the Summer and at Night...my mother named me AUTUMN DAWN.  True story.

Giving up a career for love.  I did.

Would you rather regret something that you've done, or something that you had the opportunity to do, but did not do it?

My favorite ice cream ever isn't made any more - it was Swiss Orange Chip from Swenson's in L.A.  Mmm... Swenson's.

If you make pies, do you make the crust yourself or buy ready-made?

Well I've done both -- made my own (which is much better) and been lazy & bought ready-made... Will prolly start making my own again though.

What is your family's traditional Christmas meal (turkey, ham, lasagna, trimmings, etc)?

Depends on the side of the family -
Dad and step-mom:  turkey and all the trimmings, and lasagna
Mom and step-dad and grandma:  roast beef with homemade noodles, and wonderful different side dishes every year!!

(you can tell which I prefer ;) )

What do you wish your family did differently at the holidays?
