Yes.  An old housemate of mine was a stained glass artist and his studio was in the house.  His stuff was really pretty.

Do you like antiques?  If so, what period do you really admire?

Yes. I really like Art Nouveau and Art Deco pieces, like Tiffany lamps and the like. Not that  I can afford any.

What is your favorite 'guilty pleasure' movie?

Only if I want to and can't understand what is being said - meaning no I didn't enjoy Amelie (sp), but if I'm watching a brit com DVD I will use the subtitles to help me with the accents.  Or if somebody mumbles and I want to know what they say, I'll go to subtitles.

No, but hubby has seen every one that has ever been made.

As a kid growing up were you allowed to have sugary cereals?

No, I grew up vegetarian and refined sugar was a no no.

What's one thing you really need to do today?

Go to the library, pay my fine and renew my book!

Is there any toy from your childhood that you wish you still had?

I think my sister and I had something similar.  We kept all of the people in a big plastic jack-o-lantern--a pumpkin full of people!

Well, I've *been* skiing, but didn't actually ski.  Went with a group of my old old old boyfriend's friends.  I stayed in the hotel room and read.  It's not something I'd particularly want to try.

Have you ever been horseback riding?

What is your ideal work schedule?

It's never ideal unless it's a job I really like.  Starting early and ending early, I guess.

Would you take a cut in pay or status to do a job you really liked?

I guess so. I work in disability support, which is a field I love, but which pays peanuts.

Would you rather work from home, or would you find it too hard to get things done?

I've had motivation problems in the past, where there wasn't a timeclock related paycheck involved  :P    but when I'm motivated, I work just as well at home.

Have you ever had to get a second job to make ends meet?
