Kid's clothing sizes
« on: August 15, 2005, 05:53:26 AM »
Sorry if this has been asked/answered before, I searched and couldn't find it.

I am wondering what the size comparison for kids clothes in the UK vs. US are? I have read about adult sizes being two sizes bigger in the UK I think, but how does that work for kid's clothes?

My experience has been to buy the sizes that correspond to their ages except if the kids are quite tall for their ages  Then I buy the next size up.  US jeans and trousers tend to run long on UK kids.
When I find a funnier sig than twistedncynical's, it will be here.

Well that works then, I just went by sight trying to decide if I thought it looked like it would fit, but really had no clue! Thanks for you reply  :)
