Visa Fastrack

Hello all,

The time is flying by quickly.  My fiance will arrive in the States at the end of September and we get married October 2.  On the 17th we fly to NY to apply for my visa.  So, I have a few questions I'm hoping you all can help me with.

1)  You can only make an appointment through the online system 2 weeks in advance, correct?

2) Since we're making an appoinment to apply in person, is applying and paying through fastrack worth it?  I'm assuming you fill the form out, print it to take with you and pay online in this situation.  Or do you submit it as well?  It's just with wedding expenses, travel, blah, blah, going ahead and having that paid for and taken care of would make me rest a bit easier, but I'm unsure if that is the way it works (or can work).

you submit it online--- yes I think it is worth them having it ahead of time....and you can choose to pay online ahead of time or in person

I paid mine online (you can use either a uk or a us credit card as long as its mastercard or visa) Its quicker to do it online as well because you dont have to wait in line at the payment window. You can just bypass that whole step when you are there. Just be sure to bring the printed out copy that says u paid online
I'm not sure about the 2 week thing though, Im almsot positive I had my appointment for longer then 2 weeks. Appointment days go very quickly so its literally a first come first basis when you select a day online. Just be sure you dont make your appointment at the last minute.

I paid on-line.  Was worth not having to think about it while there.
