Morrisons do a great one, about 2ft long ideal for parties(or if you're really hungry)cost about 5 quid though. They also do one same size with the eggs in it.

I do a great one, too! Made them for the BF a couple of weeks ago and they turned out great. I always knew they were pretty fatty, but OMG! Lard, lard and more lard!!!

LOL ;D

I haven't called AOL yet. I spoke to the BF about it and he tried calling them to say he was thinking of switching ... and they said he'd be cancelled as of next month!! So he had to do some back-pedaling!! I'm off for the week now, but will be back home next week and will try then. Hopefully, I'll have better luck than he did!

Nobody seems in a hurry to post here so just another quick hijack, couple of years ago AOL dropped some folks prices in the US and others who called couldn't get the reduction, might pay to come straight out and tell them you know someone who got it,if you want to mention me feel free.

hijack over again

Here's one for you all to try:

Get a portion of chips from your local chippy, and a big tub of coleslaw from Sainsbury's. Scoop up the coleslaw with the chips. Yum!

Has anyone ever heard of Poutine? It's chips with gravy and grated cheese. Sounds gross but is actually really tasty. I chuck coleslaw on that too  ;D

I eat it on the traditional days (Burns Night & St Andrews Day), but cant say i love it, or would cook it or order it any other time... except as a stuffing for chicken, with whisky sauce over the top.  Yummmmm!!  Oh yeah, and my haggis lasagne!  :)

What is Scotch Egg?

It's a hard boiled egg, encased in sausage meat, coated in breadcrumbs & deep fried or baked.

I've not tasted one so I thought it was encased in bread or pastry ...I've never really examined one I just tend to avoid them at chrimbo parties...now another reason not to like them.. :P
