Best -- almost like having regular vision again, no glasses!  Yaye!

Worst -- After about 15 years of wearing contact lenses, I started getting chronic corneal infections, and I had to stop wearing them. :(

Best:  it's a nice change to plain water for those of us who don't drink sodas or juice

Worst:  it's not available in the UK (my parents are my Crystal Light suppliers  ;))
