best:  it can be made  of some  pretty good stuff ;D ;D :D :D and can be a goal setter..

worst: usually  a distraction and  wastes your time in the present

Ok, I never go to salons, so this is my personal best and worst. lol  ;)

Best: Feeling refreshed after you've had something beauty-related done.
Worst: Being fussed over, and paying high prices to have simple things done.
