Best: they love you no matter what, make great companions, and don't talk back

Worst: cleaning up messes, waking up early to them ransacking the house, being allergic to their hair

Best: The pleasure from taking the time and love to create something wonderful for someone.

Worst: Dishes! Cooking for 1 is also less than inspiring. :(

BEST:The most rewarding and challenging experience one can endure during this lifetime.

WORST:You are constantly worried, you get very little sleep, you are nearly always broke and your freedom is over!!
But its all well worth it!

best: staying healthy, increased energy, better fitting clothes, cleansing your body of toxins

worst: getting MOTIVATED, how easy it can be to get off track, soreness/injuries

Best: entertaining, interesting to see how people change outside of work, free food, and I get to help plan the party  :D

Worst: people that try talking to you about work, any embarrassing moments are captured by three hundred people from your company, and word spreads fast  ;D
