 best  being new it means less upgrading

best-- gets you where you need to go, independence, freedom. 

worst--  insurance payments, maintenance

Best:  Depending on the month--things to look forward to and also can be time for a fresh start.

Worst:  Maybe making sure bills and rent were paid?
