I need help! (getting married to stay in UK)

One thing about bank statements and paystubs - it shouldn't matter how long he's had his job. When I got my spousal visa, they only looked at the last couple of paystubs and the most recent bank statement anyway. Good luck. And good for you for doing this the legal way - you'd be screwing yourself up in a big way to leave and try to come back here to live on another tourist visa....

 Oh trust me, I wana do this the legal way, its just hard to be in america for any length of time due to my famliy life with my parents. Luckly I have good friends and I'll be doing this the best we can, I have gone through alot to come here, and had intended to do it beofre I came, unluckly, I cam here due the extreme circumstances of abusive family and needed to be with my fiance for emotional reasons.

Im gona work as hard as I can to get this visa and make it back as soon as possible, we both are working very hard at it.
