The English version of Mississippi Mud Pie, thick chocolate with the coffee fudge mousse stuff inside, I had one in America once and it was like watery blancmange!

Also love Eton Mess, heavenly :)

Oh!  That's a hard one!

I'm going to have to say "huckleberry buckle"--esspecially when the huckleberries are freshly picked by your own hands that very morning...

(barring that, most non-chocolate based sweets will make me happy!)

Anything WITHOUT peaches.  Boak!

Love your life, poor as it is. You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poorhouse. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the almshouse as brightly as from the rich man’s abode; the snow melts before its doors as early in the spring. Cultivate property like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Turn the old; return to them. Things do not change; we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts…

Chocolate pudding like my mom made for me when I was little.  Especially the skin on top!

Do I have to pick just one?  ???

Lemon sorbet....
Fresh strawberry pie....
Warm oatmeal/milk choc chip/cranberry/pecan cookies....
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

Pie. Pumpkin, berry, or peach.

Fresh raspberries are divine too! :)

It's a tough to pick a favourite favourite, but if I had to choose just the one, it would be moist chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing (the only icing worth anything, in my opinion - buttercream, that is).

However, if it's Thanksgiving nothing beats homemade pumpkin pie with whipped cream on top.

I am also a fan of a slice of chocolate cake - only crisco icing (not a fan of butter in my icing!)

Must be served with vanilla ice cream though.  ;)
