My homemade cheesecake...it takes POUNDS of cream cheese to make it and it's really labor-intensive, but it's sooooooooooooooo good.  (too bad DH doesn't like cream cheese...now I never have an excuse to make it  >:()

My girlfriend just sent me this from the U.S......"We are going to one of these diet or not, intolerances or not"... ::)

OMG - who would know where to start  ;D

Don't forget Part 2 of our

Did you go to the web site?  The Ultimate Chocolate Truffle Cake looks amazing, and I'm not one for really chocolate desserts (At least not too much of it at once)
