Wow there are some interesting names on that site!  I've never heard of using 'Welcome' or 'Moonjava' as first names  ::)

Boys:
Jeremiah
Elliot
Caleb
Max

Girls:
Lydia
Rose

I don't think much about names anymore since I long ago gave up the notion of having any more kids. I am fond of good solid traditional names, though.

I have always liked the name "Ava" for a girl, unfortunately here in Sweden the pronounciation of this is awful as are many other names such as: Simon for a boy (Sea-men here in Sweden, ick it's awful), John (Yawn is the way it is said here), Jacob (Yah-cob), Ava (Ah-Va) as you can see this makes naming a child that fits both in the English language as well as Swedish very hard.

I am not pregnant but you never know what the future holds. I keep looking for names that I like.  :)
I'm an American (with dual citizenship) living in Stockholm, Sweden for almost 6 years.

My Swede and I are looking towards a future move to the UK.

Those names are very accurate for hippie names,
Back in my "hippie" stage I wanted to name my daughter Sunshine Delilah-Daydream and for my son Jerry Garcia-Karma  :-[ (Obviously all after The Grateful Dead)

Wow, despite my penchant for tie-dying, and the fact that I like the smell of patchouli, I don't think I'd consider naming any of my children 'patchouli'!  There are some fairly 'normal' names in that list that I quite like, though.  Perhaps it's only when you put them in combination with some of the other names that they turn into 'hippy' names?
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

Maybe this belongs in Arts & Entertainment, but I just read this:

Britney Spears is doing a Posh and Becks - she will call her baby London if it is a boy when she gives birth in October.

Britters is convinced the baby is a boy even though she has not asked for confirmation by doctors, but she has chosen a girl's name too - Addison Shye - just in case her instincts are wrong.

She said: "Ever since I was a little girl I thought for a boy I love Sean Preston - or London Preston. Isn't London pretty? And for a girl I love Addison Shye. I think that's pretty."

Oh, dear.

I can't believe she's having a girl. I can't believe there's going to be a next generation of Britney Spears. That's horrifying!

Probably b/c she made it up in her dim little mind.

I think what's sad is that she genuinely thinks she's come up with fabulous names.  Addison isn't so horrible, I've come across one or two in my life.  But London?  Puh-lease!  ::)
