BACK TO SCHOOL!!!!
« on: September 01, 2005, 09:39:45 AM »
My two eldest sons went back to school this morning. My 3 year old starts pre-school on the 21st but in the meantime I am enjoying a bit of peace and quiet around here!
Anyone elses kiddies back yet?

My daughter starts P1 on Monday. She and I can't wait. Only bummer is they are taking a full month to ease the kids into the regular day!

Kiddos started here on the 15th of August.   [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

(They were ready to go back to school - been out since the end of May - and I was ready for them to go back as well!!!)

Mine were also more than ready. They were both up, fed and dressed by 7:30. We dont leave the house till 8:30. Brett sat around in his uniform WEARING his backpack! lol  In the car I asked them if they were nervous or excited. Jordan, my ten year old, said "I'm just sick of being home everyday!" I guess he forgot about his week in Scotland and week in Wales. UNGRATEFUL! Hope he comes home with a ton of homework!

Oldest starts Reception next Wednesday.  I'm sure that I will be a blubbering idiot after I drop her off.
We are going to a picnic tomorrow for the children in her class.

That would be me! Jordan had a great time! He was with other boy scouts and believe it or not he was like the leader. Sort of like the king of the geeky kids, bless him!
Anyway the week went by very quickly and it was nice having him back home.
Thanks for asking!

I was so HAPPY when she went off to school today. All summer it was I'm bored. The day filled with only the sounds of a 14 month old, how wonderful school time is!
