But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

They sell those bags of fruit in both Sam's Club and Costco in the US - I've bought them in both and my mom buys them from Sam's Club all the time when she's entertaining and wants to do a punch bowl.  She entertains a lot!

LOL.  My libido doesn't need any help.  But, I'd like to see what's in it, Alicia...would be interesting.  And, if it works, I could always share it with customers at work who have an, u'm, problem.
I was born in the Summer and at Night...my mother named me AUTUMN DAWN.  True story.

EMAIL or PM me for information about gigs or about booking me (solo gig) or the band.

lol!! I know what you mean it came in the deck  I'll post the recipe:

Libido lifter
this sexy smoothie is perfect for sharing with sweetie. Chocolate has long valued as an aphrodisiac , and researchers have found that it does contain chemicals that stimulate the pleasure centres of the brain. The little bit of vanilla extract here may also have a stimulating effect on the nerves responsible for sexual response. So dim the lights and drink up

Serves 2

1 cup low fat chocolate milk
1/2 cup chocolate sorbet
2 frozen bananas sliced
2 tablespoons toasted almond (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Combine the milk and sorbet in a blender. Add the bananas and blend until smooth. Add the almonds, if using and the vanilla. Blend tot he desired cosistency.

That does sound yummy.  I didn't even know you could get chocolate sorbet!  Don't think I've seen it here, but I'll keep an eye out once I'm in Scotland!  :)
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

there's even one with beet as an ingredient.. :P

Can't Beet it

Beets might seem like an odd ingredient for a smoothie, but paired with the rights fruits and veg , they create a wonderful earthiness that is not overpowering. Loaded with natural sugars and powerful disease fighting antioxidants they make a vivid smoothie that gorgeous to behold.

1/4 cup grated raw beet
3/4 cup of carrot juice
3/4 cup apple juice
1 1/2 cups frozen diced papaya
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 /4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Combine the beets , carrot juice and apple juice in a blender. add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

I'm curious to test this one to see how would beets blend with papaya ???

I like the Innocent vanilla & honey yoghurt smoothie, but the canteen at my work doesnt keep them cold enough for my liking.  Also, the price...  :o ..  I think they're £1.20 for that wee bottle!

Yeah, but they don't make Fresh Samanthas anymore and haven't for a while now. They've been replaced with Odwalla and Naked.

I didn't know that! I've been away from the US for so long! What are Odwalla and Naked? Are they any good?

Mmmm, Odwalla and Naked.  BUT, they both used to be unpasteurised, and a few years ago a Colorado toddler died from E. coli poisoning after drinking an Odwalla.  I think they're now pasteurised, but double check if giving them to children.
